Adventure Hall
The Adventure Hall is a hub of activity at the park. Here you can carry out headlamp-lit assignments in a dark underground labyrinth and try to hit the target during a rifle-shooting competition. Not only that, but there's a huge climbing wall here, which you can clamber up and then abseil down.
Indoor and outdoor swimming
When the weather is nice you can relax in and around the recreational lake next to the park; whereas in the indoor swimming pool it doesn't matter what the weather is like! And if the sun suddenly breaks through the clouds, why not swim from inside to the outdoor pool? Be sure to also check out the exciting slide, the rapids, toddler and preschool pool, whirlpool and competition pool.
In the middle of the Hondsrug
Roompot Hunzedal is located in the middle of the Hondsrug, a unique landscape that was formed here centuries ago. It's not without reason that part of this area has been declared the only geopark in The Netherlands. In addition to walking through the beautiful green surroundings, you can visit the famous dolmens, the picturesque town of Borger and the popular Wildlands animal park.

Welcome to Roompot Holiday Park Hunzedal
You will find the Hunzedal holiday park in the charming town of Borger, in the middle of the mysterious dolmens and unspoilt nature of Drenthe. Surrounded by the unique landscape of the Hondsrug, this is the perfect place for walks through the forests, discovering the dolmens and visiting attractions such as Wildlands Adventure Zoo. There is plenty to do at the holiday park itself for young and old, from the indoor swimming pool with outdoor pool, to an Adventure Hall with exciting activities such as climbing and rifle shooting, to the recreational lake where you can swim and hire a pedal boat. The Fun & Entertainment team provides a varied programme during Dutch school holidays, so there is always something to do for the whole family.
