Kootwijkerzand
The Kootwijkerzand nature reserve in the Veluwe is home to the largest sand drifts in all of Western Europe. The landscape is made up of a chain of sand dunes shaped by wind and weather, where shifting sands continue to drift daily.
Veluwe Climbing Forest
A day at this climbing eldorado is fun for young and old. Here you’ll find challenging bridges, nets, sturdy vines and spectacular zip lines. The Junior Climbing Forest is perfect for younger climbers. The sky’s the limit!
Amersfoort Zoo
Come face to face with lions, sneak through a nightly jungle in the middle of the afternoon or make your way across a rope bridge. There are 150 different species of animals at Amersfoort Zoo. To make a long story short, expect nothing less than a day full of animals and adventure!

Traditional Crafts and Antique Toys Museum
Travel back to a time before electricity when most work was still done by hand. Here you can admire a collection of over 150 crafts, trades and shops. The museum also has a unique collection of old and antique toys on display.
Aviodrome
Step aboard a Boeing 747 and experience a flight in the simulator. Here you can also admire no fewer than 100 aircraft. One thing is for sure, time certainly flies at the Aviodrome!
Anton Pieck Museum
Anton Pieck is not only known for his numerous creations at the Efteling amusement park. See much more work by his hand in the five rooms of this museum. Young visitors can go on a treasure hunt or get creative in the drawing area.

Netherlands Open-air Museum
