Surroundings
Landal Marina Lipno is an excellent starting point for exploring South Bohemia by bike or on foot. Visit one of the many castles and quaint villages in this area. For an active day out, race down the toboggan run or visit the Forest Kingdom.
Lake Lipno
Lipno Lake is a must-see. Take a canal boat out on the lake, or rent a boat. There are also numerous beaches to unwind. Bring your swimsuit and dive into the water from the slide.
Ceský Krumlov
Cesk Krumlov is a charming town where you can stroll along the Vltava River's quayside. Check out the castle, the most famous landmark here. There are also a number of interesting shops and museums, such as the Torture Museum.
Toboggan run at Lipno Slide Land
An exciting and varied track with 21 bends and two tunnels makes this 1 km long toboggan run a must-do. The toboggan run is enhanced by an incredible view of Lake Lipno from the attraction.

Rožmberk castle
Walk up a narrow and steep path from the village of the same name to this stunning 13th-century castle. Climb the 200 steps of the English tower for a view of South Bohemia's romantic landscape.
Forest Kingdom
Enter this newly renovated family park in the heart of the forest. Some of the attractions include a climbing forest, an air trampoline, and several nature playgrounds. Visit the small forest ZOO and pet the baby goats.
Zlatá Koruna
Relive the Middle Ages. In fact, this monastery in the Vltava River valley is one of Europe's most famous Gothic structures. You will get a guided tour inside and learn how the nuns lived hundreds of years ago.

Tree crown path Lipno
Walk among the 40-metre-high treetops and discover the most beautiful things along the way. There is also a viewing tower with the best view of Lipno Lake. Are you worn out? Slide down the 52-metre slide.
Sternstein ski resort
A ski resort in Austria about 25 kilometers from the park. The ski area has three well-kept ski slopes, a ski school, and two lifts. There is also a good practice area for kids. In the summer, this area is ideal for hiking.
Vyšší Brod monastery
The name of this fort monastery comes from its location on top of a hill overlooking the Vltava river. Monks are still living here today, restoring the structure. A large portion of the complex is accessible.

Čertova Stěna
This steep valley full of granite chunks is located east of Lake Lipno. A sliding glacier created this natural phenomenon during the Ice Age. Beautiful valley views are accessible from ertova Kazatelna.
Frymburk
This is one of the most traditional villages along Lake Lipno. In the heart of town is a large market square with plenty of greenery and seating for strollers. It is surrounded by numerous terraces where you can eat and drink.
Šumava National Park
Umava is a must-see for anyone who enjoys long hikes and rugged nature. This Unesco-protected forest is the Czech Republic's largest National Park. There are no other places in Europe with as many (primordial) forests and moors.
