Landal GreenParks is expanding on the Wadden Islands

Landal GreenParks is expanding on popular Wadden Island Terschelling. We are building 19 luxury leisure apartments and four permanent residences on the edge of the charming harbour town of West-Terschelling. Real estate developer Segesta Groep from Alkmaar has already broken ground for construction. 
Landal GreenParks will be managing the rental of the apartments. We expect to welcome the first guests in about a year and a half. 

Apartments & semi-detached residences
The 19 Landal Kaap West apartments range in floor space from 55 to 110 square metres and feature a large outside area with an incredible view of the ocean and the surrounding dunes. The luxury apartments, many equipped with a private sauna, boast one, two or three bedrooms and a parking space in an underground car park. 
The four semi-detached residences have a floor space of around 100 square metres and are intended for permanent residency. The sale of the residences has been assigned to local realtor Jan Doeksen Makelaars. Both the architecture and the finish of the apartments is very high quality. The apartments, the residences and the parking area blend in perfectly with the surrounding dune landscape, keeping the car park fully out of sight. 

Nature island
Within walking distance from Landal Kaap, you will find many lively terraces, cafés and restaurants with a beautiful view of the harbour, the only natural bay in the Netherlands. A short bike ride through the forest brings you from Landal Kaap West to a kilometres-long stretch of wide beach or to one of the many picturesque villages. The island is composed of 80% nature reserve with dunes, beaches, forest with diverse vegetation, polder landscapes, salt marshes, mud flats and other spots where you can really get away from it all.
