Check in on your smartphone

The app is available for iOS and Android. Download it below from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Once you have the Landal-app on your smartphone, log in with your Landal account. If you don't have an account yet, you can easily create one in the app. Then link your reservation to your account and the reservation number appears.

You will find the pre-arrival checklist in the Landal-app and in My Landal. You can recognise missing information by the red icons. As soon as you provide the necessary information, the icons will turn green. When all 3 icons are coloured green, your digital check-in is complete and you are ready for a smooth arrival.
It is also possible to make a start on your pre-departure checklist at this point, based on this information we will plan our cleaning.

Unfortunately, there also comes a time of departure. For this we have a checklist for departure ready in our Landal app. You can always tell us your check-out moment. The cleaning checklist and check-out via the Landal app is possible 24 hours before departure. From the moment the icons turn red it is possible to complete these steps. Again, when they turn green, the task is complete.
