- First, choose a destination. Landal GreenParks has over a 100 holiday parks in the Netherlands and abroad, all located right in the middle of nature.
- You can book your holiday online via our website.
- Please note that the gift card does not allow you to book a stay in the UK or at Dormio Resort Eifeler Tor or Marissa.
- Under payment, select 'reserve and pay within 14 days’ or indicate that you want to pay with a leisure voucher;
- You complete the booking without payment and will receive a temporary reservation confirmation by e-mail;
- You start the payment process by clicking on the payment link in the e-mail. You do this by entering your card number and the security code;
- Scratch away the scratch layer on the back of the card to reveal the 6-figure security code. With a digital giftcard, the security code is stated under the card number in the e-mail.
- The credit on the leisure voucher will then be calculated automatically;

When you receive the Landal Gift Card by post, the balance will not be active. To activate the balance, you need:
- the card number on the back of the gift card;
- the activation code from the email we sent you.

Use the balance checker to check the credit on your Landal Giftcard. Enter the giftcard number and your security code. Your balance will be displayed on the screen. Scratch away the scratch layer on the back of the card to reveal the 6-figure security code. With a digital giftcard, the security code is stated under the card number.

How long is my Landal Gift Card valid for?
Firstly, activate your gift card. Your gift card remains valid for three years once activated. You do not need to activate gift cards that you have received by e-mail. They remain valid for three years from the date of issue. You will find this date in your e-mail.

How do I exchange a Landal Gift Card?
You can do this while booking your holiday. You enter the card number and the security code of the gift card when checking out. Do you have a physical gift card? You will then find the security code on the back of the card – simply scratch it off. The credit of the gift card is then automatically deducted from any outstanding amount. Is there still an amount outstanding after this? Then you can pay using another payment method.

I have already made a booking. Can I still use my Landal Gift Card?
Yes, you can do this. You can view your booking and request payment information in your account section, under 'my reservation'. There you can pay the outstanding amount using the gift card. Have you redeemed the gift card and is there still an amount outstanding? Then pay this using a different method. Good to know: the gift card can only be exchanged when paying for a booking, not at the park itself.

What do I have to do if I have not received a code by e-mail to activate my gift card?
Please check your junk e-mail just to be sure. Have you not received an e-mail from us there either? Then please contact the Contact Centre on +31 88 205 9000.

How can I be sure that my order has been successful?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail if you have chosen to receive the gift card by post. This includes an order number. Did you not receive this? Firstly check if it has ended up in your junk e-mail. Is this not the case? Then please contact our Contact Centre on +31 88 205 9000.

How is my Landal Gift Card packaged?
Have you chosen to receive your gift card by post? You can choose a gift card with an image of a forest or the beach. You will receive the gift card at home with a cover in which you can place your gift card. A nice way to give something! You will also receive a letter with further information about the gift card.

I have ordered a gift card. When will I receive this?
You will receive the gift card the next working day if you place an order on workdays before 5 pm. You will receive the gift card on the Tuesday if you place an order over the weekend. And are you opting for an online gift card? Then you will receive this by e-mail the same day.

Is it possible to receive the gift card in a gift box?
We do not have special gift packaging. But you will receive a nice cover in which you can place the gift card if you order the gift card by post. So it is fun to surprise someone!
