We indicate this in your booking confirmation. You will also receive an email shortly before your arrival to explain how to use your digital key.
Download the Landal app and log in with your account. In addition, switch on your bluetooth, location and 3G/4G internet. You can also use wifi. We do recommend a 3G/4G internet connection in order to make optimal use of the key.
Once you have made your booking, the digital key will be visible in the app. You can use the key from 4pm on the day of arrival to open your accommodation if you have completed all the steps. We will indicate which steps are still required (for example payment, sending us the names of your travelling companions).

Did you complete all the steps but are still unable to see the key in the app? Please contact the reception of the park. We will be happy to assist you. Good to know: the key is only visible in the app and not on the website. This is from about 7 days before arrival. When the key turns green, you can see in the app what it can be used for (e.g. facilities such as the swimming pool). On the day of arrival, you can also enter the accommodation from 16:00. Yes, this works at many parks. On the day of your arrival at the park, the access gate will often be open already.

Is the digital key still not working? Then we refer you to the park reception. Is the reception closed? Please contact the emergency number listed in the app.
- Make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the Landal app. You don't have the latest version? First update the app to the latest version and log in again.
- Do you have the latest version? Log out and log back in again
- Are these steps not working? Delete the app and download the app again.

No problem, we offer free wifi at many of our parks. This way you can still use the digital key!
Inform us of your expected departure time via the Landal app under ‘My stay’. At the park or in the app, you will find more information on how to leave your accommodation upon departure. Ready to depart? Simply click on the check-out button in the app and just close the door behind you. There is no need to stop by the reception. You can drop off any tags in the indicated bins. We will take care of the final cleaning after you leave!
