What should I do if my card doesn't work?

Did you receive the gift card by post? Don't forget to activate it with the code we sent you via e-mail. Choose 'Activate gift card' and enter the number of your gift card, along with the activation code. Your gift card is now ready for use. Is the gift card still not working?
